Great after sales service from Digi-hub (Digi-cabi)

Last night my dry cabinet dehumidifier unit failed. Was wondering what to do, if need to buy new one. Read about Digihub's great service, called them up today after shooting sunrise. They open on Sat 9-12! Great, won't have to take leave to handle this.

Went today to the centre at Tagore Lane. In and out less than 2 min. Guy looked at my warranty, tested unit and did not power on. Took out new one, tested it to verify working. Gave to me. No questions asked.

My type of after-sales service. :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

When I buy a new dry cab next time, Digi-Cabi will be my first choice.

TS, they replace 1-to-1 the entire dry cabinet or just the dehumidifier unit?
I am using Akarui, if I remember correctly, the instruction is to dismantle the dehumidifier unit and bring down to the service center install of entire dry cabinet.

Typo, is not "install of entire dry cabinet", should be "instead of entire dry cabinet". Using iPhone, tends to make typo. ;p

They only replace the dehumidifier unit.

My friend bring down whole dry cabinet before, the guy dismantle for her. :bsmilie:

Me too had a good experience with their after sales service once. One of my daugther accidentally hit the glass door and it shattered to pieces, after few weeks of purchase. I called them up and they offered a trade in at 50% of a new one price.

They delivered to my place and collected my broken one. :thumbsup:

My LCD display malfunctioned. I called the customer hotline at 9 pm. The person who answered told me the number was transfered to his mobile number as office was closed, but nevetheless he still took some time to explain to me how to solve the problem. It was after office hour but he was kind enough to spend some time even though he was driving home.
