Graduate Neutal Density Gel Sheet

Hi,

I am hoping to have a GND for my fisheye lens. I don't think there is 1 available in the market, so I am thinking of DIY.

1) How can I create the GND image in GIMP (I do not have adobe photoshop)?
2) I only require A4 Size, or maybe A5 Size. May I know where can I get it printed only a transparency sheet?
3) Do I need to get the transparency sheet myself?
4) How much is the printing?
