Hi Simon,
sorry for posting my enquiry here... This it's becoming quite a headache for you already. Anyway... was wondering if you develop and print for film that's been shot from Hasselblad XPan series? Cos they use the normal 35mm film catridge but their negatives for panaromic are 24mmX64mm.

Lemme know. Thanks. And it would be good if you could provide price for S8R printouts for film panaromic shots. Thanks alot boss! :)

Sorry to say, I don't have such neg. mask.

Hi Simon

just wondering if there's a better rate for more prints?
I'm consolidating my digital pics for print in 4R and 8R and i having a headache deciding which one to print in 4R and which one in 8R.

so, it will be a great help if u could let me know if there's a better rate for more prints..
like >100 prints in 4R, $0.30 each??
>20 prints in S8R, $2.50 each??

thanks!

Just wondering what the price is for 5R member price?

also, do you provide any ICC profile for calibratino purposes at our end?

thanks!

Hello iFly, your resolution stated is suitable to print 4R size and you don't have to crop it.
We accept SM, MS, XD, CF, ZIP, SD, CDR, CDR-w, tumbnail stick and E-mail (gracelab@singnet.com.sg)

Hmmm... but will the machine crop if the photo is in 4:3 ratio instead of 3:2?
Do you print photos in 4:3 ratio as most digicam comes in that ratio?
The last time i brought my pics to print on a Frontier machine, i crop my pics to 2:3 but there was still some cropping done to it.... could you please explain how the machine will decide to crop the pics?

Thank you for your time! ;p

The machine will crop about 5mm of your picture. So, please have allowance on every side when taking picture. But if you crop the picture to the exact size using other software, print out should be same exact size. Try our machine to know the truth.

hi Simon, may I ask you for advice. I am new to printing prints from digital medias. Is it accurate that digital prints turn out better if they are overexposed by 1 stop using flash. What about those shot without flash? Thank you very much.

what is the cost for negative scanning and the minimum quantity?

I'll be developing some soon... from the bus stop along sunset way (opp the vet)... how to get to your place? :)

Need to come down personally to grab it.

Simon,

i could host on my webspace easily if you want. That way, all your customers can easily download it. This is after all the age of broadband.

Rgds.

I think poor Simon might end up spending many hours downloading those massive files from your server. Unless your server cound transfer files at super fast speed and Simon has a cheap broadband connection. ;)

If a digital shot is overexposed by 1 stop, all the highlights would be blown. Aim on getting the exposures spot on or just a bit under and compensate in image-editor.
