So the options now are Ilford Delta 3200, pushing Neopan 1600 1 stop. I'll just push my Trix to 3200 even tho it takes 2hrs for me to develop just to save money

neopan1600 is gone for quite a while already.
i guess we are than only left with 2 choice. trix push to 3200 seems promising. I would try tmax pushed as well
