Good service at eastgear

I purchased a XDrive II from Eastgear a few days ago. After installing my own HDD into it, I realised that the files were not appearing on the drive after copying from the CF card. I brought the Xdrive down the next day to ask for help. The guys were very helpful and tried to troubleshoot the problem for me. This happened even after it was confirmed that the problem was not due to the Xdrive.

All in all they spent a hour of their time trying to resolve the problem for me. Kudos to Eastgear and Bigbelly for their good service

p/s: I have also discovered the problem was due to an error in my partition table on my hard drive. After recreating it, the drive now works like a charm

btw, if I use xD card, I must use adaptor right? how ah? do you know how much it will cost? Plus how much is the HDD? what's your total purchase price for everything to get it running? HDD is separate right? Can buy from where? Do they sell as a package and sell cheaper?

sometimes there are so many possibilities for a particular error. well at least the bug was found and killed.

Any Idea Why my Nixvue Digital Album Lite after format the HDD
..just hang ??? Got it last month from u... I have to plug out the battery to reboot it.. ( HARD RESET) ... everything works file ...

Please bring it down for us to do a test run on it. If necessary, we will do a PCB change on the spot if we can.
