Good news for 7D owners more lenses

More good news for 7D owners after the "Highly recommended" rating. Digital lenses from Sigma, which confirms 7D can work with image circle smaller than 35mm.

That's good news but I don't really like Sigma's lens finishing.

edit: from the pics, other than the f2.8 lens, the rest looks like no coating on the lens body. its like the same finishing as Tamron.

Anyone with the sigma 12-24mm F4.5-5.6 lens?? thought of getting that lens. at less after the 1.5x, its 25mm.... 18mm goes to 27mm, not wide enough...

i only have 2 lenses leh... i don't have a dry box by the way, getting one soon. :sticktong

No choice for this.... they are the only one who make 12mm FOR minolta.... even KM themself came out widest 17mm for new lens....

Anyone thinking of getting Sigma 18-125mm F3.5-5.6 DC ? Like the range very convenience but sharpness not so gd right..for such long range.

If use for wedding photo, will this len good ? ;p

btw i m not a techie but will a DC lens make a big diff compared to 'normal' lenses??? as of now, all the 7D owners are using 'normal' lenses and no complaints right (?)

I heard that the longer the range, the more you need to sacrifice your quality of the photo.. This is precisely that prevent me from 100% sure getting 18-125 mm. dilemma...
