A good B/W service is only provided by hand printing.
But the problem is, it's really depends on the individual,
how much they charge Which usually will be quite expensive

So are you willing to pay more?

I'm willing to pay more, but not so ex. lor..
care to advise some labs which charge budget fees and some which offers better service but charges higher?
for developing, does it really matters if it is done at a normal lab?
