Did a search on this but only came up with a few old threads. Can anyone recommend a good lab in the east who gives you decent results (quality of the order of KT in Chinatown or ColourLab at Adelphi), and doesn't mess up your negatives? I tried the small local lab in Simei's east point mall, but the colour balance was totally off and the prints were extremely oversharpened. People's portraits looked greenish yellow. It was regular Fuji 200 film, not some exotic stuff.

Try FOTO STATION
Blk 58 Marine Terrace #01-57
S 440058 Tel: 64431391

Its at the junction btw Marine Parade Rd and Marine Terrace. Pro well done job. All my prints are done there. Using Kodak Pro Paper. Owner is Mr Wong.

Alternative, there is a fuji photo shop at DBS building, near Cash Converters Tampines. You might wanna try there too. <-- this is a fren's recommendation, I have yet to try it.

Alternatively,

If u like Fuji's FDi print output, u can try DigiPro at Marine Terrace. Their shop is just along the same stretch of HDB void deck as Foto Station.

They're using the Fuji Frontier printing system and Fuji Crystal Archive Supreme paper.

Basically all the above equates to quality prints. Tried printing there for both digital and 35mm prints. Results were FWAH! The people there are very friendly and readily provide advice as they are photographers themselves.

Cheers!

Thanks guys, I will try them out today.

u can try Sincere Photo too.. Fuji FDI.. at Tampines St 21 at the blk facing the heavy vehicle carpark.. turnouts are alrite to me.. check them out at www.sincerephoto.com

Thanks ashbok, that's much closer to my place. Will try them out this week.

How much? Is it good?

Visited Digipro on Saturday and spoke to the owner. He seems to be a friendly and experienced man, and I dropped off some negs for 8x10 enlargements. Let's see how they turn out. Still, their price seems a little on the high side, around $6 per 8x10 and 40c for a 4R. Still, if the lab is good, then I don't have many complaints.

Well, so far I am very satisfy with the print it produce. The print look
vivid. As for the price, a roll of 36, it cost me 14.3. But I got a
10% discount.

Cheow is an experienced operator and if u are regular plus print in bulk, he can give u good prices.
