good film developing labs in west?

I agree that Mach Photo at JP is good. But expensive ley.
I just sent a batch of fotos to 35mm, which is also Fotohub, along Bt Timah Road.

i noticed something on some photos..

most photos didnt have that grainy or greenish cast.
but some pics have like high ISO grain...and a slight greenish cast.

can try astro imaging at lakeside mrt. an FDI lab i norm go there for devleping
