Going to Angkor Wat - What should I bring?

Hello everyone

I might be going to Angkor Wat in Siem Reap, Cambodia in Sept 09

I have an A300, with the SAL1870 kit lens and the SAL50F18..

The lens which is on my A300 most of the time is the 50F18, coz i love its speed, bokeh and performance in low light situations..but the thing is I have to stand really "back" in order to take 'full shots".

My concern is..if i wanna take the temples in their entirely..would my 1870 and 50F18 be good enough? Should I get another lens or something? I'm on quite a budget here too...

Yo still going on your trip? If so, do let me know if you could climb to the top of Angkor Wat - the platform with the 5 pagodas. It has been closed for the past 3 years.

i brought the kit lens and it was good enough, you don't really need a tele since mose of the shots would be landscape.

You overprocessed the saturation... the composition is nice though...
