hmmm could be circumarc but not colorful enough...i go check... i don't think its a circum arc coz the air here not cold enough for it to form...ice crystals in the cloud must be parallel to the ground which itself is very rare...the cloubs also not the right kind...

Not circumarc horzion...clouds and temperature not right for it. Plus it is SUPER RARE. Good job spotting it though.
