How do I do it ?

1. First, take a shot of 360 degree Panoramic e.g. see example
   
2. Then use photoshop to do the followings:
   1. Rotate the shot to 180 degree (upside down)
   2. Canvas size to Image to 1:2 format
   3. Apply Filter > Distort > Polar Coordinates (Rectangle to Polar)
   4. You should see the Global effect
   5. Select all (the layer) and transform > scale 1:2
      
3. Done
