Hi all.
I'm about to embark on my first film photography journey and am seeking some help with scanning my own negatives. I've looked through the web and they all show cut up film negatives which is then feed to their preferred scanners. My question is, how do i get to the cut up negatives after reeling up my film after shooting? How do i get the film out of the canister housing? Do i send them in to the lab for processing before scanning them or can i skip that altogether and get right to work after reeling in the film?
Looking forward to your answers and I hope you're kind enough to lend a helping hand to a fellow newcomer. Thank you.
