Get a D3s or the replacement of D700?

Hit the gym? I don't think you need to when you have weight lifting practice whenever you lift the d3 + f/2.8 zoom to your eyes. This is considered a 'rep'

I am in the same situation as u as I hv been contemplating an upgrade for months. I hv heard that the D3 somehow has a different algorithm then the D700. Anyone has comments on this?

JPEG output is slightly different.. D700 like somewhat contrastier/punchier but narrower DR.
not much of a problem as u can still fine tune it in the settings.
but if you shoot raw then they are the same.

In short, the D3 series (D3 or D3s) has the advantage of -
1. Longer battery life
2. Faster frame rate
3. Slightly better ISO control
4. 100% viewfinder
5. Better build

A. No flash
B. Heavier
C. Can't take AA batteries
D. Cost about $2k more
