A girl, 21 years old which owns a Canon EOS 20D (some of you will say - what the hell... noone has such a camera as *beginner*... well, as I said, I don't really call myself a newbie - besides... well okay, I'm a newbie in digital reflex camera so..)

I talk a lot of sh.. don't I LOL

Equipment doesnt matter. You can use ur hp take pictures also okz de ba. .

u can argue that it's the photographer that matters... but when the photographer cannot make it how? :dunno: :sweat:

Sorry for the late reply guys, i'm still in camp, so no access to the internet. I'll be out this thursday, so i'll look for updated info then. I can make it for the sat trip. Where will you guys be meeting??? Any MRT stations nearby?? Btw, i just bought my Dslr last week, so very newbie. Hope you guys dun mind.

Anyway SBG is quite near to orchard mrt, so i think the meeting place will be there, we can take a bus down or anyone have better suggestions to get there cause it's my first time going there.

Looks like Sun not very well received. Will revert to initial plan of Orchard street photography for sun, since the crowd is smaller.

Will dreak you guys into groups and brief you guys on that day. We will have a list of items to shoot. Shall gather at 12.30 for lunch and photo sharing as well as chit-chat session. Will end at 13.30 hours.

The sharing part. 10 photographers, lot of photos. And Nikon dslr need edit a bit to get good colour after all. You sure want to do that ? I prefer let everyone go home, edit, choose some best among what they shoot and then post in criticized corner. Like that save more time and easier to give comment. Just my opinion.

Haha.Ya, maybe i'll pm him. Anyway, hope he'll come up with the details soon. Btw, i'm only equipped with a 512mb card, do you think i should bring along my Pd70X? Cos if we're going to do some photo sharing, i doubt i would wanna transfer my shots to the harddisk. But if i only bring my cf card, i can only shoot about 80+ photos....:sweat:

sorry for the confuse but quite the same lah. For some ,especially those who use dslr , one outing can produce 50-100 photos. And they need time to rethink,which one to delete. Then after that need to edit to fit their idea. Some cam don't have edit not nice. Our outing is about 10 photographers. So i'm not quite like the sharing part since consume too much time and not so efficient therefore i suggested that we open one thread in criticize corner and post there our photos.
