I think its a great design!Think bout it!when u go for those model shoots,they'll see the "toilet bowl" and SMILE!!Its designed for that purpose IMHO:bsmilie:

The WhaleTail seems to have several functions which makes it a bit more complicated to use, such as flips and slots.

Just saw the video, looks like just a combination of the flip it and existing lightsphere. I wonder how novel/inventive that is...

I definitely wouldn't want to buy that. Its fugly to have a toliet bowl on your flash shooting.

Sounds like something only attention seekers will buy...

Could his lightspheres be going the way of the shaving blades?

First we had blades that had 2 strips of blade. Then we had 3. Somehow people thought we needed "lubricating" strips to have a more gentle shave. Next thing you know, we may be shaving with a thousand strips of blade...

So 1st there's lightsphere with 1 dome, then there 2 - 1 slot & 1 flip. Next time you know, we have this "growth" on the flash (a sphere with many slots & flips):bigeyes:

lol. looks expensive to me. sure as hell gonna sell for over a hundred bucks here, and that's just for a diffuser!!! Hopefully this will drive down the price for the old lightsphere ;p
