Aki sent me black, will post wtt on bns in case someone wrongly got a cherry wood. I din order clay smith case, not use to half/full case, but maybe I will after more poison from u folks;-)

For those who want to order cherry wood, suggest you cut and paste the following JP wording to give clarity ウッドキット(チェリーウッ&#12489. This translates to Wood Kit (Cherry Wood).

If you use the #8030 or something, they will think its the black one u are asking for.

Agree...but w/o grip, is a bit uncomfortable to hold the setup. Can't have perfection i guess - man made things

I have never been so "vain" b4 in cameras...never had this issue with Canon DSLRs hahah. But looking forward to have more shots with this setup, as it is light and i can carry it easily without adding a lot of weight.
