I'm still using it until I get another swival screen. Its seriously great for over the head shots. No need to bring ladder... hahahhaa.
The grip rubber has rotted away though... I am using tennis racket grip in its place. Strap leather has also rotted. Sigh...:cry:

Well, you hear people wanting more MP when it was at 2-3 MPs. But as it increases through the years and now it is getting to 10-12 MPs, the knowledgeable consumers starts to want less as it introduce more noise to the picture (normally, manufacturers pack more MPs into the same size of sensor or increase the sensor slightly but per pixel ratio is still smaller than previous camera). Why will people want more noise to their pictures is beyond me. The only reason I can think of is that most consumers do not really know the the real impact of this increase and therefore think that more is better.
I believe most people will be printing at max. 8R photos and even with cropping, 6-8 MPs will be sufficient so more is not good in terms of MPs.

We have people complaining about the 1DIII not having enough MP and we have this.... how?
I'm thinking of getting it from Amazon, plus the Canon LA-DC58H Conversion Lens Adapter, the most I pay US$530 = S$797. Which is much cheaper than G7 selling locally. Planning to ship to USAvpost, cheaper that way.
