Hi everyone, had an enjoyable trip to Genting. I first went there about eight or nine years ago when First World Hotel was new. It is showing its age now.

The good lady wife and I went there for our anniversary. We spent most of our time sitting in ques waiting for room bookings or special offer vouchers, at least the weather was cool.

Still coming to grips with new DSLR, I will have to get Navlem to run through the software with me that comes with the Sony camera, I find that the Panny software is much more intuitive, maybe it's just because I am used to it?

Wow, just a change in camera and your exposure is much more accurate already! I always find your pictures in the past are always over or underexposed.

The Nalvem Story

One fine day, Clunk, Skyguy, Nalvem and Ombre decided to take a little mini FZ outing, which seems pretty harmless anyway. Skyguy unwittingly led Navlem and the team up to a tall, unpopulated portion of a building.

I am such a bad story teller.

... Whipping out his Tamron lens, Navlem quickly realizes that the Tamron 17-50mm is just too short for anything, as he nefariously covets Skyguy's superzoom FZ18.

And no... The scorching sun did not help a single bit.

Failing to control his rage, he hurls his camera all the way down!

Thats a long long way down dude...

Did it come with Warranty? There is also a possibility that it is an ex-display set... both cases which I personally wouldn't mind either. The memory cards are [relatively] dirt cheap now anyways. Its a pretty good buy I'd say, hope you enjoy your camera!

Previously Courts was selling the LX3 (display set) at 368 or so I believe. And that was only like 2 to 3 months after LX3 was launched.

Nope, mine is not a display set. I wouldn't dare to buy any display sets, because the shops always plug-in and plug-out their ac adapters, etc etc... won't even know how long it'll last me if i buy the display set.

The camera & lens is intact when the guy opened the box right in front of me...
So I guess it's alright.
