hmm i tred lar. actually ok lar. it just dun look very secure that's all. what brand of filter lens did u buy. mine is hoya uv guard.

i tried the panasonic one. ok ler. just that it wobbles alittle here and there when i push it.

hmm how come with the adapter on and uv filter when the flash is on. i will see a shadow at the end of the photo when i take it.

any clues?

the adaptor is too long and is blocking the flash light...
try zooming in further so that the shadow wont be seen..

can someone explain about the circular polarizer len? As i notice the front part of the len can be turn freely. Why is that so ?

how much did u get ya circular polarizer? hmm why didnt get a linear polarizer. cheaper i heard

haha not really knowledgable about polarizing filters. all i know is that there are 2 kinds. linear and circular polarizers. what i gathered from unseen is that linear polarizers on the fz5 work as well as the circular ones which are more expensive. both are the same, you can turn 360 to adjust the amount of reflections in your shot or how blue you want the sky to be. its not 100% effective cuz u need to aim at a certain angle at the sky to achieve those really blue sky effects.

stupid rain stop me from going out shooting..
yeah i have a wcon 07.. bought it from someone else at $90.. when u fix it on ur fz5 will look like a trumpet..
