FX8/9 Users: Any here

Just bought one today after eyeing the fx7... then the fx8... then when I see you talk about fx9, hopped onto the bus to lucky plaza straight. Impulsion, :bigeyes: .

Paid more than the 749 bundles available from Comex, but swapped a 50x 1Gb, add 1500mAh batt, and thrown in a cleaning kit and helped me to stick a protector.

Don't forget that the FX9 has double the resolution on the LCD screen compared to the FX8 But both are also good buys

FX-8 is actually selling at $599 at COMEX. My friend just got hers today...

can FX9 owners kindly tell me whats is the original battery model no. ? i ordered a set and asked for an extra original batt in the deal, just want to make sure its the correct original batt for FX9 and not the one for FX8 or FX7

No problem! I only managed to get hold of the grey coloured one. Intended to get the black, but I waited until the final day of COMEX for the additional offer items, so by then the black was sold out. So it was between the silver, grey and pink. Silver is too common, so it was between the grey and the pink. Grey won.

Got my FX9 a week ago from MS. So impress with the LCD dsiplay.
Not really sure when to use the OIS mode 1 and mode 2. Does anyone able to advise me which OIS mode is better to use? 1 or 2?

2 is more battery friendly... might have better results with 2 than 1... but if use 2, must always prefocus first... e.g. half press before full press...
