Hi all, I recently discovered that there's quite a bit of fungus on the cloth shutter of my film SLR. Has anyone experienced this before? My main issues are:
1. fungus spreading to the lenses
2. fungus spreading to my other equipment in the dry cabinet
3. light leak by the shutter due to fungus
If anyone has experienced this before, or knows a way to get rid of the fungus (I read on another forum that exposing it to direct sunlight will kill the fungus, but not sure of whether that's a good idea to practise in Singapore), please do let me know.
