Fujifilm XT2 - advanced filter cannot be used

I have issue with my advanced filter, when I switched to it .. the features doesn't appear. Please help. Can it be my setting ? Help please ..

I having issue with my advanced filter mode . Somehow the usual, toy camera and etc etc shooing will appear when I switch to " advance filter " .. but now is not working.. can help anyone ? Thanks .

If after you have tried the instructions shown in the link...
Possible selector knob contact issue may need to go to service center?

Did you change the fn button settings ?

You need a button for Drive Settings.
