Sitex (Courts) is selling XF1 for $669. On top of the advertised freebies, they also throw in the following stuff:
Samurai Drybox (F-380)
16GB Sandisk SD Card
X-Series camera case (which i think is standard accessory)

The travel premium is actually a Passport cover and luggage tag.

i just checked it 1.2k+ wor but got case and 16gb card. Although at sitex 1399 for extra battery and some stupiak cleaning kit on top of case and sdcard is still prolly abit more expensive.

My friend bought it at 1199 just a month ago..with another free battery given by Fuji.. collect at fuji..

If u gonna buy from sitex be careful dun get conned.. many sales person will say that their shop is the one giving away the battery.. so check carefully..

Do your homework before deciding to buy @ SITEX. Never look back to regret because you will not enjoy using the new toy. Frankly, the freebies are baits to get one hooked thinking it's good buy.

Rangefinder cameras can only focus on a spot in the center of the image.

They cannot focus anywhere else in the frame, so you have to focus and then compose. If the subject moves, you're back to square one.

To counter this, experianced rangefinder shooters learn by how much to move the focus lever to compenstate blindly.

I think it's called zone focusing. But I've never really used a RF before. Just touch and see the Red Army RFs.

And XE1 may have RF styling but it's definitely not a RF camera. RF cameras have a double image in the centre which when will align perfectly when the picture is in focus.

My 2 cents. I'm a noob. Lol
