There's an advertisement from Fujifilm.
Print to CD for $5 with every roll of film developed.

ColorLab is one of the labs listed at the bottom,
so this applies there

Resolution is 18xx by 12xx.

Only applicable for Negs to CD.

The charges seem to vary lab to lab.

For Colour Lab, $5 only applies if you ask for prints as well as the scan. I.e. if you ask for prints, CD is extra $5 (usual $9.90 per roll). $3.50 developing charges.

For Konota, $5 per roll, $5 per CD, $3.50 for developing charges. So if you scan 5 rolls to 1 CD, it will cost 5 x $8.50 + $5.

RGB claim they don't do it, even though it's listed in the papers.

saw the promotion about some time ago in Today.

it is applicable only if the film is from Fujifilm, you pay a toal of S$9 for the developing and the writing to CD.

the promotion also listed the participating shops. Konota was one of them.

The ad never mention about CD media cost, but Konota charged me $5 for a $0.50 CD!

Colour Lab never charges me for the CD!

were you charged for the media prior to the promotion? maybe konota charged you because of the promotion?

anyway, my fried from overseas came over and developed 58 rolls of kodak films. konolta charged her S$5 for the writing to CD (maybe because she developed prints too). did not hear her mentioned about the CD charges.

I never used Konota previously, so I don't know. But I'd have assumed whatever scanning charges already includes the CD.
