Fujifilm Finepix JZ100 / JZ250

Anyone here who owns, tested, or sells either Fujifilm Finepix JZ100 or JZ250?

Read from a review the shutter lag is quite terrible, and there is blurring during zoom (maybe due to the auto focus?).

Can anyone verify whether these problems exist for this model?

They are very low end cheap compact camera. Don't expect anything good from them.
