Hey guys,

Just saw this news from Steve Huff site.
Seems kinda interesting and almost everyone is thinking it's gonna kill the X1.
Expected release is early 2011.

Wah:bigeyes: dream compact. Modern digital with retro styling and analogue VF, this is going to sold out everywhere provided they priced it right(which they usually do). Hope there will be a all black limited edition.

I don't think it's a RF patch. Probably AF area. What really intrigues me is the lens have aperture dials like the RF lens we have!

The "RF" patch should be the AF box, hope it is user customisable to make it smaller for the AF to be more precise. The outline frame would be the digital size of the photo selected. It looks pretty straight forward with live histogram, EV and DOF indication. I like the excess VF real estate for pre-composition, useful for street photography.

Shutter speed and EV comp dials, on-lens aperture ring, focus scale display, built-in hybrid vf, retro style and an APS-C sensor -- almost everything a mirrorless user has been shouting for.

Even if this fails in terms of IQ, this definitely sets the bar higher for mirrorless systems.
