Hey Kenkenkoh! your street shots are awessoome! you capture the emotion of the subjects within the pictures really well! how do you snap them w/o the subjects shying away from the camera?

To me....Street photography can be fun & frustrated. Is like hunting in the jungle.
I never know what I'm going to get by the end the day until I bring it home.
And sometime...no matter how hard I tried to wait or follow some interesting prey to
get a nice shot, but at the end I still wont even get a decent shot.Gggrrrh!(because i'm still a NOOB)
My average shots about 100-200shots/3-4hrs, spending these few hours by walking & shooting
on the street...guess what?......I every time came back with tons of crap & junk....
sometime in 100 shots, maybe less than 5 photos that are allow me to keep....Gggrrrh!

lol! If you look at other ppl thread! you will notice that MY photos actually are nothing, still not very good & not close enough!...My heart still beat fast when getting close to stranger every time.:sweat:

I dont know how to tell you, my style is shoot & walk away or while walking I can do the shooting too(some little panning require)...And I dont stay at one location very long. (I dont want to get suspicious)
I dont think most of the subjects I shoot are realise that I took their photo because of quiet shutter in FUJI X100, (maybe they'll tot that i was just aimming but didnt press the shutter)lol
ofcoz no eyes contact after taking thier photo, even they walk passed me(I know they r staring or whispering something at me), I still keep my eyes look at the front keep on walking ..... continue shooting, walk walk walk & shoot shoot shoot. (that is why most of my shots are crap):bsmilie: Just smile if some mean ppl find out that u r taking their photo, then walk away quickly. ......
I sometime stand beside my subjects & wait..pretend setting the cam or shoot whatever thing around them make sure that they more comfort or not really care about my existing liao, then fire away when i'm READY! :sweat:..NOOB!

sometime I compose & wait, by looking in the viewfinder & wait for the subject to pass by..(hunter);p
I get the focus point by focusing on the floor estimate where my subject going to pass by..haha! NOOB!

HOPE other ppl can share some of their shooting style with me!^^
