Fuji Users Gather!


i am proud owner of a F50fd which almost beat all compact cameras flat flat with Fuji super CCD.
 

just got a F50fd this weekend from MS Color! still exploring it.. heh ;p

BTW may I ask how much you paid for it? I hear the price has dropped recently. I paid $2300 with 2GB card in November, which was already a good price then since shops were quoting 2380 to 2580.

Saw your profile, You lazy student only ah? So lucky. When I was lazy student I could only afford to borrow my brother's camera.

Hi RichardSeah,
yeah I got it from a forumer who used it as a backup camera with only 300 shutter counts(in the counter) and warranty till april 08.
I paid 1950 for it.

Now getting used to it, the weight is quite substantial compared to my old D70.
Still need more time to play around and familiarise with the body hehe.
I was considering D300 also, but I don't need a very fast camera and high resolution(D70's 6mp is more than enough for me) and the DR sucks on D300.
 

ola ola!~ have a Fuji Finepix S5700 and Fujica GA compact. heh. ;)

new f50fd user here... hmm.... quite a nice cam and price too.. except the huge market price makes me feel the cam is not no par with some other branded...
but i just like it..
 

happy new owner of S8000fd....loves the 18x zoom compared to the 3x zoom Lumix compact
I was using previously. But i dun see much owners of this cam here.....hmmm:embrass:

got my Fujifilm FinePix S5000 about 4 years ago.
think of changing to S100FS as the spec look good.
btw anyone know what's the lowest price currently for this model :-)

Mine's still lying in the cabinet. Useful when there's no need for a DSLR.
 

Just got an F50fd. Took some shots of Fullerton Hotel around midnight. At Landscape mode, the ISO stuck to 200. Wow!
