I think there were only 3 people who confirmed, and one pulled out at the last minute. I think a better way is for you to post the date and time, then people who can make it will put their names on the list. Having a reserve list without a known timing not very useful, since many might not be able to make it once the timing is confirmed.
To be fair to Sanver, those who wish to go should confirm their attendance at least a full day in advance. I personally know how bad it is when people sign up and then no-show on the day. Such RUDE people I've encountered in my early AG outings ;( A simple way is to blacklist them from future sessions.
As for knowing the timing, I believe all of the sessions are held on Sundays or Saturdays. One can go by previous example. And then sign up only if you are serious about it. Simple as that.

last sun only me and ijun turned up, and sanver had prepared delifrance coffee for 10 ppls!!!! so guys, pls be considerate and commit if you say you are interested.

like many people, i only read about the finalised date about 2 days before the event. i did not realise my name reached the actual list until i happened to scan the thread. i couldn't make it and had to do a name swop with someone on reserve.
i'm sure that someone would be less likely to know he's on the main list.

This session will get confirmed automatically as soon as first 10 confirm in the following list by Friday 9:00AM. If not, It will be resheduled at a later date.
