I have it.. its like using your own mobile phone to take photo of yourself like that (kinda big head shot).. have not tried for taking close up ;/

meaning it does magnify the original image?? sorry trying to have a better gauge of the effects before i decide whether to get it... thanks. =)

Question! I know the instax 210 viewfinder is like totally off. So can anyone share tips on how to compose D: Feels a bit heart pain when one shot comes out and the composition is totally off.

Hi guys i would like to ask has anyone used the close up lens with self shot mirror? is the mirror effective for self shots? and does this attachment alter the image in any way? I am hesitant in getting this attachment because it says close up lens with focal length 40 to 60cm so i assume that it alters the image but would like to confirm it here and to what extent does it affect.

Pls enlighten me guys.. appreciate your help! =)

the closeup len for 7S should be ok, not really magnify...just bring the subject closer loh.
take note when using self mirror.....when ur head is in the mirror , in actual fact it is not. then head will be cut away in the photo. the trick is mount the closeup len up side down then wat u see in the mirror is not you get. correct me if i am wrong cos it my be true on my 7s only.

if i am not wrong, all the instax got the same problem....7s n 25 tested must tile the cam angle abit down or view the view finder not straight but angle down then correct.
The subject should look at the len location.

when taking closeup, point the len towrds the subject without using the viewfinder...cos wat u see in the view finder will be diff from wat actually capture.

Ooh I know the 50s didn't have much issue with the viewfinder angle. I got pretty close to what I wanted to shoot and it wasn't very far off.

So pointing lens towards subject = centre framing? If i want rule of thirds, should i look at the view finder? XD; Cause I remember taking a shot today and i focus dead center but the shot composition came out towards the sides.

Self mirror
=========
There a wording say TOP(mirror on the right), don follow it. turn up side down with the TOP at the bottom(mirror on the left), this will solve the problem of you in the mirror frame but pic come out top cut off.

Whatever u see in the viewfinder, it will appear to be abit zoom out of the original subject.
meaning if u take a rectangular shape frame to frame....come out will be a border around the rectanglar.

my 7S, instead of look straight into the viewfinder, my eye need to go up and look slanted down abit then the pic will be center. sold away already so cannot test to show u all.
