I'm thinking of getting some items from BH PhotoVideo.
Anyone has any idea on how much would the freight charges cost?

Yah, that's for using USPS (can't track)... and their Fedex service (can track, but fricking exp.).
What about personal Fedex account? Do you know what's the rates?

Won't it be easier to monitor if everything is done by B&H? Otherwise, they may start to blame each other when things goes wrong?

Should cost around $40-50+ USD for UPS.

Not really, I bought a few items when I was in San Jose, CA.
They used UPS & USPS services to send my items over and it took 3 weeks plus to deliver my stuff. The reason was that USPS screwed up and there's no way to track.

BH didn't want to take any responsibility once they have handed over to USPS.

You guys probably have heard of VpostUSA. Why not use them instead? Should be cheaper but customer service at Vpost is not exactly on the recommended side.
