Do you require people with experience, or specifically only want inexperienced photogs?

dreammerchant: it'll be good if you have experience but if your photos are good (which you may have taken on a personal basis) we would not hesitate to consider you too. like i said, we welcome those who are keen to learn and gain experiences.
