Perhaps those who had done it before will know what's required out of the assignment. He/she hav to provide all the neccessary equipments and must have the knowledge of the angles to take that will truly show the asethetics of the house. I'll also give suggestions on the areas which needed to be highlighted or shown in detail. The photographer will be encouraged to bring in their own props to beautify further in order to make their shots more lively and lovely, in any case, its up to their imagination and creatively to perk fotos.
However, it still boils down to the bottomline, pricing. I'm in the impression that it will be an freelance job that will be frequent and requires about an average of 2 sessions per month and should expect it to be below market rate.
