Looks like its filling up nicely and we have 3 more slots only for 12th July but carry on listing if there is sufficient demand, I will conduct the next one in the next few weeks.
Reason for getting the details of the participants are:
1) contact purpose
2) from my previous experience the ones who do not provide the details are the one that tends to be absent without informing at all
3) I think putting your name down and not informing nor turn up is not acceptable and cause lots of logistics problem as well as prevent others from attending and is definitely not an acceptable social behaviour.
4) there are bound to be some who due to unforeseen circumstances cannot make it at the moment and even forgetting it and its ok if you inform and these are few not like 30 to 40%.
5) the last time I accept 50 and had 2o turn up with less than 10 absent with apologies what a waste of space and resources.
6) those who don't turn up without explanation pls do not bother to register in future
7) will publish the nick of those who didn't turn up and don't bother to inform.

Sorry to publish this but I think its needed, as I believe its just sense of decency to do the right thing, then more people will come forward and be helpful.
