FREE! Wedding Videography For Church Wedding!

claiming your company shooting countless weddings is too exaggerating,
to me is consider misleading and boastful,
I have yet heard any full time professionals making such statement,
some years ago a photographer state he has served 2000 wedding couples in his advertisement, that I believe because he is in the industry for more than 10-15 years,
and I don't think Alan Dai will make such statement too, (he and his team are shooting 200++ weddings each years since early 2000's)

showing attitude to your peers and your potential customers here is not wise thing to do too, you should be thankful than they take time to look at your portfolio and offer you some suggestions.

anyway, that is your own business and is none of our "business", and I think we should mind our "business" from now on.

With an attitude like that, you're just driving away potential clients, mate. Y u no EQ? ;)

Rather offer free, why not:) do it in this way "Don't paid me if you are not happy with the video."

Well said. Definitely more responsible than trying to bait potential clients with free services. But either way, unhappy customer will always be unhappy customer when the results of the service provider turns out to be below standard. No risk no gain but risking the happy occasion of someone (wedding couple and their families) else is way too much a risk.

Competition is competition.

These kind of promotion, if you are not happy that once in a while people offer free services - then IMHO it's not nice to just come in and attack with sarcasm galore.

Don't tell me a single offer like this once in a while, can count as a threat to your business?

Where's my EQ?

Then, where's your support to a 'fellow peer in the same business'?

A single word like 'countless' has riled you up?

We posted this in the hope of exposure, and there have been responses although we can't accommodate some dates because we are booked.

We are in the business of love and happiness, celebrating the joy of a wedding day with the couple who have decided to engage us based on what we have shown them.

We would rather be happy and positive, but apparently some people would rather focus on sarcasm and putting us down, even threatening us with 'you'll never know who would read this' etc.

It's rather sad, I must say.

If you guys are offended by our 'boasting' and 'countless' (which wasn't meant to to be what you guys obviously imagine it to be) - then we are sorry.

We've never put down anyone, say bad things about other people in our industry, so it is quite discouraging to see the responses here.

Seriously, it's strange that most here are disturbed by such a harmless statement.

It's like anyone can say they've done something a countless of times but it doesn't mean that the job done is really good.

And sorry but we don't really see it as 'suggestions' but rather an outright display of sarcastic, rude remarks which do not benefit anybody.

We are sorry if we have offended anyone, but keeping quiet to such attacks, of our work bordering on being terrible, may amount to admission that are not good enough to do business.
