Hi, my name is Chris and i've been a casual photographer for a few years now. And i've shot some weddings as well. But right now, i am interested in honning my skills for the future.
So for a limited period of time i will be providing wedding photography Services for free. *terms and condition applied*
Please bear in mind that only the service is free and that there will be no editing and prints provided.
A fee of $150 only will be applicable to cover expenses.

Maybe i know, since you say is free, then why still collect $150? What type of expenses you mean ?
Free thing are not good! Good thing are not free! You not scare you making their big day become a disaster ?
makes me wonder y u put *Free* Wedding Photography services too.. If still have to pay $150, then wat mkes it free ?
Why don't u change title to $150 Wedding Photography service instead ?
1. My guess is that you didnt see the initial thread i posted.
i said the Service is free. meaning... the pushing of the shutter release is free.
2. 150 is renumeration to cover everything from travel-food to watever else. you know some weddings take place before 6am and end after 12mn?
3. And again.. if you feel it was sth suspicious, then why didnt you mail me and ask me wat
my T&C is before jumping to a conclusion and posting?

Cos i very much believe that if you could click on my thread then post something like that... i'm pretty sure your attention was caught by only one word. *Free* Wedding Photography services.
4. If you would be interested. I can always charge you my normal rate since you dun appreciate my promotion at 150. Anyway this is only between now till dec. then its back to my new rates.
So i hope this "Clarifies" some of your "doubts". if you feel any more need to troll my thread. Please do drop me an email or pm instead.

Come on guys and gals, give this poor fellow a break. He just trying to come up with a marketing gimmick like a lot of others advertisement. But got the whole thing back fire at himself.
There are times where thing are good and cheap, but most likely no need to advertise for itself, others will advertise for U.
Maybe he uses top-end equipments, drive a fierce car which required fierce petrol, or maybe his normal rate is $1.5K, now promotion cost $150 consider cheap liao.
He not fierce, just a person with great and unique personality who dare to voice out his own point of view. Very hard to find such an AD photographer nowadays. TWO thumbs UP.
another friendly reminder to all - pls DO NOT crash other people's thread even if u disagree with the threadstarter. all thread crashings have been reported to the mods.

its fine that there are people who are not happy about my 150 ad wedding service.
anyway i don't think i owe any of them an explanation or a reason to why i am promoting
myself at this price for now. Back fired as it may seem. i had quite a few ppl sending my mails and PMs regarding my services. Of which i have taken others willing to "shoot for free" along with me. But still i share a cut of the 150 with them cos there is no such thing as "shoot for free" and give me a product. There bound to be some expenses incurred regardless of how much it cost and what amounts to it.
i say no edit and prints.
alot of ppl take this statement literally. Cos i do give at least touch up.. if not how to produce the product? in raw? pretty stupid if i did that to shoot myself in the foot.
i'm a person thats willing to share. even if it means taking another "newbie" photographer along at 150. i'll do it and split the 150 with him/her.
But i guess alot of ppl here just dun get it. jump the gun and come to a conclusion themselves without asking or clarifying.
Since my service is not appreciated nor is my willingness to share appreciated... forget about this service totally. I hope those ppl who posted on this thread will one day be at the "top" solely on their own strenghts unrelying on others and with their narrow pheripherals of things.
