Beware not only when you buy things from the stores there, even selling things to them have a lot of risks ...:cry:
Some years ago my co imported monitors and computer parts and after a few COD deals, some of the shopkeepers started asking for 2 week credit terms ....

in the end, we ended up losing more than $30,000 to a few shops there .... the shops just disappeared literally overnight! Even those debt-collectors (aka gangsters) were unable to collect payments from the owners' homes .... their parents even begged these gangsters to ask their children to come home and give them $ to live if they happened to got hold of them.... :dunno: lots of bullsh1t!
Thanks to them, our co has stayed away from electronics/computer business ever since ...:bsmilie:
