Crop Tool in whatever software you use for editing your images. That would be the easiest when you are composing in 3:2 format.

I like 4:3 format because on vertical (portraiture orientation) it gives more more space on the sides. I guess it is about getting used to the format and after a while you stop thinking in 3:2.

actually, moving from film to digital,i got used to the 4:3 format easily, now it's 3:2 that sometimes looks weird to me,anyway, there's something off about the colour other than being too vibrant

i like 3:4 also, but too much space in 4/3, but sometimes here can see nice composition , but ownself.. only can crop.. or have weird shape people on images haha[composition wise] :/

Hey, I like the photos very much in the last two posts. All of them very well composed. I also like the last one. Somehow, the colours of the lights come out very vibrant. Looks a little like HDR. Did u shoot all of them in RAW or JPG?

Hehe........aryanto don't be jealous......you may think it's easy shooting these people.....but I can assure you that it is Not easy at all "even though assuming that I have "more supply of better than ave-looking girl not doing much thing"....hehe....!;)

Nice capture here. Good timing and composition. And night shot eh? And u say this is with the basic E510 and 14-42 kit???? Where is the damn noise??!

Seriously, u should be contacted by Olympus to be their kit lens / equipment ambassador / promotor. I mean seriously, ur work should be advertised and from thereon, u should be given FREE E5xx and kit lens to use for life!!! Paging Moses!!!!

Colors are all courtesy of Silkypix Developer. Shot them in RAW and processed into 16bit TIFF and down-convert for web. The colors can actually be pushed even more, but I kept the colors down to make them web-safe.

china made cimar pk mount ,f1.7 50mm prime lens, manual focus. bought it cause itchy hand for bokeh. lens pus 4/3 adapter 200rmb. manual focus is very leh cheh[cumbersome], plus inaccurate. especially if lens cannot focus to infinity because of adapter. best way to focus is to use live view. more accurate. down side: battery no more juice very fast. advice after using: dun use manual. stick to autofocus, faster, and more accurate plus less tiring. :)
