Thats what makes this last race of the season so exciting. Can Kimi come from behind and nick the driver's title from the 2 Mclaren drivers? I certainly hope so. Anything can still happen:devil:

Best would be at the very 1st corner, Hamilton and Alonso are such good friends, they should "kiss" each other 1st before carrying on with the race:sticktong

My predictions (or my wish)....

Kimi and Massa will finish 1-2
Alonso and Hamilton will take each other out at the 1st corner:devil:

As a FERRARI fan, this is the best possible ending to this season.

Now I just can't wait for the next season to start and our very own Singapore F1 GP!!

All Brothers and Sisters here at ClubSNAP supporting McLaren, I think there is no need to be disappointed. The 2007 car was very competitive and reliable (thanks to Ferrari info in it :bsmilie: just kidding lah), the only problem was with the drivers. Like the commentators said, you can't have two stars in a team. Alonso came in thinking he was a star, but got unsettled when he saw the rookie outperform him. And then all the trouble started. And the team lost the plot after that.

We should all get together and have a toast to the 2007 season. Totally unpredictable. Super :thumbsup:

I can't wait for the next season to begin. I'll only go to Sepang if all the brothers and sisters at ClubSNAP go together to watch the race.

oh yeah... Kimi delivers when he needs to. he doesn't need to push so hard in the early stages of the race. just drive cooly and make sure the car is preserved. the scorching heat of Interlagos can't even force him into an error.

but when he's in front... bye-bye to the rest of the field. a true champion... he really deserves it :thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

it also serves as some kind of aerodynamics element to the wheel area. Ferrari is not the only team which employs this... i think either Toyota or Renault have similar elements on their cars in the previous races.

thats more than i can say for mclaren teamwork. :thumbsd: hamilton got sabo'd by alonso at the 1st corner as we expected forcing him to run wide and lose 6 places, then a spot of bad luck left him in 18th place. i have to say hamilton did very well to fight back to 7th place. all in all still a very good 1st season for him. he would have been a worthy champion too! :thumbsup:

i thought the dream first corner take-each-other-out between the McLaren drivers is going to come true. wah... my heart almost skipped two beats back then :sweat:

but Hamilton did a wonderful job in fighting his way back from 18th position :thumbsup:

read it on BBC that the racing stewards decided against imposing penalties on Williams and Sauber. if both these teams are disqualified... then that would be an anti-climax to one of the greatest ever season in F1... 2007 would be a real farce.

the WDC is won on a disqualification and on stolen technological information. that would be real sad for F1 fans.

what a cliffhanger of a season finale. Ferrari kept their cool and McLaren were struggling all the way. my dream result came true... Kimi to win the WDC by 1 point. it can never be scripted better. with all the criticism against him throughout the season, people writing him off the championship, he kena car failure, etc... he kept his cool, talk little and drive fast to clinch the WDC. it's poetic justice...

and talking about equality for both drivers in McLaren... i think they got it. both ended the season with the same points and both did not win the WDC. now how equal can that be? sorry lah to McLaren fans... i just have to say this :bsmilie:

anyway, congrats to Ron Dennis and his team for putting up a real fight to Ferrari and taking the title decider to the last race. see you guys next year.

This morning a friend msg'd me "Do you know that FIA is investigating the 3 cars ahead of Hamilton ? Its related to fuel irregularities..."
My first reaction was "NO WAY !!!"
Then I realized, it was too late for FIA to do anything. At the most, they will fine the team and let off the drivers. At this rate, Alonso and Hamilton should've been disqualified too when the team was thrown out of the constructor's championship.

There's so much 'behind the scene' politics in F1. :sweat:

last night's race was worth staying up late.... there's a lot of drama right from the start.... in the end, the better team won...

Congratulations to K. Raikonnen. The most least possible to win the championship among the 3 top runners, and yet, he made it! True grit all the way. :thumbsup:

I fully support Raikonnen to win rather the the bad boy Alonso.

Hamilton have all the time in the world to win at least 2 to 3 world titles.

For a rookie who have never drive in most of the circuits is already a winner itself. Very rare to see a rookie finish in the top ten, let alone he is runner up for 2007.

Congratulations to Ferrari fans. Time for celebrations and waving the red flag!

Even if FIA will to impose sanctions, it will be on the drivers and teams' points., eg dock points. Don't think they will void their race result.

Hamilton have only himself to blame. He blew it from the start. Day dream and allowed Kimi and Alonso to overtake him. Ferrari are not well known for their blistering start and yet, Kimi can overtake him, so Hamilton must be sleeping....even 4th place Alonso managed to pull along side him into turn 1.

I think Massa did a great job as a team player. Blocked Hamilton and then controlled the race pace.
