Here is how the rental process go:

1. Send a email request, indicating the number of days you want to rent the colorimeter kit, your postal address, PC or Mac system, and account number. First-come-first-served. You will get an estimated arrival date within 24 hours.
2. Use iB or ATM to transfer S$200 to the account indicated in the email.
3. You will be given a SingPost article tracking ID once the parcel is sent.
4. The article will be dispatched in a mini carton box. Only the hardware colorimeter and a disc containing the latest software (currently v2.3.5 Vista compatible) along will be shipped. PrintFIX PLUS will *NOT* be supplied.
5. The colorimeter is a delicate equipment. Please handle it with great care. Even a slight drop onto the table can be fatal. In such event, I will have to send the unit back for repair, and all the related servicing/labor/shipping fees will be deducted from your deposit.
6. Once you are done, you are required to backup the ICM profile and uninstall the Spyder2PRO software from your computer.
7. I assume next-business-day-delivery so your retail will be calculated from D+1 (or D+2 if it's posted on a Saturday) till the stampmark of the returned parcel I receive from you.
8. Once the package is received, an amount of S$176 ($200 minus the rental fee) will be transferred to your account.

A quick example:

You send out an email on 4th July (Wed) and made the necessary iB transfer. The unit is available and it is shipped to you on 5th July (Thu) via registered mail. You are assumed to have received it on 6th July, (Fri). In the next 3 hours, you have happily calibrated all the monitors in your house, your neighbors' and office. You proceed to uninstall all copies of the software and pack everything back to the carton box and post it out on Saturday, 7th July. I will receive the article on the next Monday, 9th July. Based on the stampmark which indicates 8 July, I will charge you 1 day rental, and I transfer S$178 back to you.

You are strongly advised to ship the package back to me by registered mail or any other courier service that provides some means of delivery status tracking facility. Otherwise, in the event of non-delivery, your deposit will be confiscated.

sounds so complicated, and i am a person whose working hours disallows me to collect nor send parcel in post office.

is it possible that
1) rentee (person who rent stuff?) drive to your venue, view check collect item, pay you $200 cash
2) rentee go back install, calibrate, removal of s/w
3) next day, drive to your venue, you can check verify item, then return $176
