For olympus PEN, which to go for?

The E-PL2 Handles better in my opinion, it feels better in my hand then the E-PL1

i own the E-P1 also and keeping it for collection. but if i were to choose now, i will also get the E-PL2, it's a good merger of all the past PEN models. the style is not that far from the E-P1/2 yet has the E-PL1 features like the flash and more (control ring)

But then that's just my taste. For true retro-ness, I would look to cameras like the Epson R-D1s and the forthcoming Fuji X100.

I had the RD1s previously and love it! Though i've already sold it to a new home, the RD1s was the catalyst that got me into the whirlpool that is film RF! :bsmilie:

The RD1 is not easy to find and is still relatively pricey but hey, its the cheapest digital rangefinder you can get! Btw, saw 1 new in box copy of RD1X at matsuiya store... going for USD 4xxx !!!! :sweat: that's more than enough to get a nice copy of a used M8.2!

If its to be believed, fuji x100 will be sold out for months so unless you've placed a pre-order, be prepared to wait!

I'm using the EP-2 with EVF2 as a casual shooter now. Black leatherette was added to enhance the retro feel... :devil:
