Maybe a way to start before pressing the shutter is trying to imagine how you want the final image to look like , then frame the shot before shooting. Doing so helps a lot for me , especially saving me the time to crop etc.

Most of your photo werer under exposure and you may want to work on the composition, focus area and sharpness. :)

Fish head - not sharp & cover by shadow.
Claypot rice - not sharp
Vegetables in soup - Messy
Fried chicken or fish - Can't make out what is it. Plan you composition and show what you want the viewer to see.
Beef cube - oof
Fried chicken skin? - not sharp

and all the above unexposure.
