just got the cheapo scanner from IT show.. the canon 1230... still testing on this scanner.

here is another try... duh.. kinda lack of contrast.

all my pics turn out to be quite dark... issit becos i shot those slides in low lighting... It was about 6pm... getting dark ....

The results not verli encouraging... duh...

actually, i find these pics hv a 'surreal' effect. Not polished, but its not as bad as you think.

wah tt silky effect again....hmm....very diff to do lar....u wanna si mine.....

mine cannot really produce like ur effect....i very lousy....juz starting to try to play wif the silky water effect....

Dun be too hard on yourself. The effect on this one is quite nice. Would probably be better if the bottom is not cropped off.

Did u try to use ND filter???
