Bandwidth equals to data transfer rate - the amount of data that can be carried from one point to another in a given time period (usually a second).

you are allocated the 100MB per month so even if you used upe everything this month, you get a fresh new 100MB transfer amount next month. I personally don't have problems with this as most of my uploads don't exceed the space given.

Thanks for your info
One more thing! I can't create more than 3 sets of album with free account. Does it also change next month? I mean can I again create 3 more new sets next months..

Are you a pro user? So is it better to tags my pics to search and access easily? What exactly the sets are for? Sorry if I'm asking too many questions?

Yep, I just went pro few months back.
Tagging is subjective, it does give you more exposure, provided your tags are popular in a sense. Adding them to groups are a much more effective medium should you require expsoure.Sets are basically to organize the photos. They are like albums in order to categorize your photos. For example, there's Nature, Portraits, Night Shots etc.

If you go Pro, there will be no limit to the number of sets to be created. :D

And no limits to the amount of pictures uploaded either.... ;)

I signed in and uploaded my first set of pictures and by my next upload have decided
to go Pro, no regrets what so ever.

we should form a clubsnap flickr group , like seriously.

how about http://www.smugmug.com/ ? anyone tried this ?
seems that they have a special algorithm to downsize the pics and yet have outstanding results.
People in dpreview gives high marks for this site.

Hi

Flickr pro is the best

Cheers
Phil

I use both. There are pro and con, for Flickr free account you can load 100MB/month but you can only see the last 200 pictures loaded and only three folder max but it allow easy access to check the statistics of number of views, comment and fav.

I prefer to use Picasa with more ease of use and easy linking to the google map.

Cheers.
