Hi everyone. Would like to know what's the brand/model of the torch which has the "Power+" words in the image below? Please help, looking for it. Thanks.

The brand is "Power+" can be found in Mustafa Centre there are 2 versions, Cree LED & Rebel LED.

i have that power+ led torch, bought from mustafa for abt $30.
the version i have is anodized blueish-green and uses a luxeon 3w led. 2aa, reverse clicky (unlike the nuwai version which is supposed to be forward clicky), claimed to put out 60l iirc but i'm not sure how it fares in reality.
sadly that's the brightest torch i own, the other one is a fenix L1S

newer lights are much brighter than those generations before them.
most of mine are old stuff, but reliable.

what is the difference between the Cree & the Rebel LED?

The beam profile, forward voltage LED size are different, rebel seems to produce smoother beam with warmer tint where as Cree usually will have a dark(not so bright) ring around the spot.
BTW both are manufactured by different companies.

The Power + has different bulbs only with the single AA batt version that produces 80 lumens & 60 lumens i think.
The 176 lumens version that uses 2 AA batt is by Cree iirc.

for a start 6P is not bad. we'll have enough lumens + runtime for the entire walk.

Venue/Time: 6.30pm dinner at Adam Rd Hawker Center OR 8pm at MacRitchie Reservoir (3.2k/4.8k starting point, beside the zig zag bridge)
Agenda: play with torchlights and a short walk into the hiking trail.
After that we can go to Thomson for kopi and chit chat session.

lights for the walk liao, just make sure got spare sets of batts!!
don't worry will bring enough batteries to last till day break. :bsmilie:
