hi..did u take this using a filter in front of lens or is it a modded cam? Also wondering how long is the exposure for pic 5 to get the smooth reflections in the water

actually, i think hdr tends to shift the tones quite a bit, even with correct wb, which is why i asked for the original exposure from #5; there doesn't seem to be much dynamic range gained as a result of the hdr work - i base this comment on the left rock, which still has a blowout area.
i can never seem to get the correct tones after hdr work.. only did it once, must have been a fluke.![]()
hrm, something you are doing wrong with hdr then. in this normal exposure, the left rock is not blown.
in the hdr you have LOST dynamic range, not gained it. there is more than sufficient detail in the original exposure to not warrant use of hdr!
