Filters for landscape

For point 2, if you meant GND filter, i have not heard of 6 or 9 stops. 9 stops gnd will yield a 512 times difference between foreground and sky. 3,6,9,10 stops sounds more like ND but the context you were talking about sounds more like GND, which in general is available in 1,2,3,4 stops (with 4 stops probably only available for soft grad i think).

Yes, he bought a GND filter, so the points are for GND.

Huh. GND has no 3,6,9 stops unless you meant 0.3, 0.6, 0.9 but i am not sure that numbering is consistent throughout the brands since i only use lee. 0.9 for example means 3 stops GND. I made that comment coz i'm afraid your original comment may confuse readers who are not familiar with filter systems to think that there are 9 stop GND.

Can't imagine using a 9 stop gnd how the sky and foreground will look like. Hahahahaha.

To clear things up. This is the one I bought.
