Hi shadowsierra88,

Photography is very subjective. The following are just my personal point of view and not from a professional photographer's:

1. I think the White Balance is out, unless you purposely wanted it in this tone. I would rather prefer this pic in B&W.

2. Your subjuct, the lady, is out of focus. Aim at your subjuct (I'll aim at the face in this case) and half press your cam shutter than move your cam away and full press the shutter.

3. With relative to point #2, I think select Center Weighted or Spot Metering will help.
