Feedback on M1 Unlimited BB

Hi guys. Am using the 384kbps plan from M1...so far connections seems pretty poor and lousy. Seems like mass sign up could be hogging the network access. And also receive their bill stating charges $10 rental fees per month(has since call in and M1 say its a billing error)
To subscribers out there, do check up on your bill before paying.

tried in hougang n serangoon n vehicle on the go wherever i need.
